Job Description:
The Lodge and Resort at Lake Mary Ronan is a historic lakeside property that offers cabin and RV site rentals as well as a variety of amenities and activities for guests, such as fishing, boating, paddleboarding, pickleball, frisbee golf, and more. We are seeking Prep/Line cooks for our full-service restaurant and bar to prepare food to our restaurant’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. We have limited housing available.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g., including washing, peeling, and chopping)
- Assist Line Cooks and Head Chef in food preparation
- Clean and organize the kitchen
- Answer, report, and follow all operational instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
