Located in Northwest Montana, eight miles west of Flathead Lake in Proctor, MT.
We’re hiring for the 2025 season starting May 2, 2025, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to fill key positions:
- Restaurant Manager: Lead our vibrant team and ensure smooth daily operations in our restaurant. You’ll work closely with our chef, manage staff schedules, maintain exceptional guest service, help design creative menus and manage events. - Bartender: Craft cocktails and create memorable guest experiences. You’ll be mixing drinks, engaging with customers, and managing the bar, ensuring everyone enjoys a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Experience in bartending and a friendly attitude are a must!
- Baker: If you have a passion for pastries, bread, and desserts, this role is for you! You’ll prepare fresh baked goods daily for our restaurant and coffeehouse, bringing creative ideas to the table and ensuring the highest quality products for our guests.
- Prep Cook: Work closely with our talented chef and kitchen staff to prepare ingredients, assist in creating dishes, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. Perfect for those looking to grow in a culinary career.
- Kitchen Assistant: A key role in supporting the kitchen team by keeping things organized, assisting with food prep, and maintaining cleanliness. Great for someone eager to learn and be part of a fast-paced environment.
- Housekeeping: Ensure our cabins and common areas are spotless, creating a welcoming space for guests to relax and enjoy. Attention to detail and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
- Part-Time Office Support: Help with guest check-ins, phone inquiries, reservations, and general office duties. A great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Coffeehouse Clerk/Barista: Love coffee and connecting with people?You’ll prepare specialty coffees and provide friendly, efficient service in our cozy coffeehouse. Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train someone who’s enthusiastic and loves customer interaction.
